1Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "takaking", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the takaking online gaming platform. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has registered on takaking or is using the platform.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that you are using this platform entirely of your own free will. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds.

Individuals who have voluntarily added themselves to the takaking self-exclusion list are also ineligible to use this platform.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on takaking are processed through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits:

5Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome bonus:

• 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000
• Wagering requirement: 25x (on both deposit and bonus combined)
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 bonus, total balance ৳2,200
• Example: deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, total balance ৳15,000

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. If bonus abuse is suspected, takaking reserves the right to cancel the bonus. Each user may use each bonus offer only once.

Weekly cashback is provided under the VIP program. Bronze members can receive up to 0.4%, Silver members up to 0.8%, Gold members up to 1.1%, and Platinum members up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

6Gaming Rules

All games on the takaking platform are conducted in a fully fair and impartial manner. Each game has its own rules, which are stated on the relevant game page.

Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a game is disrupted due to a technical error, takaking reserves the right to void or restart the bets for that round.

For cricket, football, and other sports betting, bets will be settled only after the result of the relevant event is announced. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.

Odds displayed are not guaranteed and takaking reserves the right to change odds at any time, however the odds of a bet will not change after that bet has been accepted.

7Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Registering with false or misleading information
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or software bugs
• Using automated bots or software to play games
• Participating in collusion or coordinated manipulation with other users
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other users
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform

Participating in any of the above activities may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and applicable legal action.

8Account Suspension and Closure

takaking reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse

Upon account closure, legitimate funds (not obtained through a violation of the rules) will be returned to the user. However, funds may be held during the course of an investigation.
